VLV’s highly trained and experienced staff is specialized in the manufacture of medical device products. With a wide array of manufacturing resources available as well as multiple class 10,000 clean rooms, VLV is well suited to handle all needs. Our in-house engineering team has proven success in their ability to create an efficient manufacturing process which quickly transfers a design into a consistently produced quality finished product. Our manufacturing capabilities include but are not limited to UV bonding, light curing, custom tube cutting, line set assembly, custom fixtures and automated assembly equipment.
